When you join the Opius waitlist, we collect:

• your email address;
• the location on our website from which you joined the waitlist, such as the main signup form or another waitlist section; and
• the date and time of your signup.

We do not ask for payment information, account credentials, or other profile information through the waitlist.

We use your email address to:

• manage the Opius waitlist;
• contact you about early access to Opius;
• let you know when Opius becomes available;
• send occasional product or launch-related updates; and
• manage your communication preferences.

We do not sell your email address or personal information.

We use trusted service providers to operate the waitlist and communicate with you.

Supabase

Used to securely store waitlist registrations.

Resend

Used to manage our waitlist mailing list and send communications related to Opius.

These providers process information on behalf of IVEACOM LLC, only as needed to provide their services to us, and in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive communications relating to early access, the launch of Opius, and occasional product updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not require you to create or delete an Opius account.

We retain your waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the waitlist, provide launch communications, and prepare access to Opius.

You may also ask us to delete your waitlist information at any time by contacting us at support@opiuslabs.ai.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect.

However, no online system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

IVEACOM LLC does not sell waitlist email addresses.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Opius, such as our database and email infrastructure providers, only as necessary for them to provide those services.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, and in some cases the right to receive a copy of your information or object to certain uses.

The Opius waitlist is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect personal information transferred internationally.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Opius develops or our privacy practices change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

As Opius moves beyond the waitlist and the application becomes publicly available, this policy may be expanded to describe additional information collected through the product.
